Thanks to everyone who offered help. I just figured out the problem is with IE 6 + SSL + flash. IE Doesn't work fine when specific headers are set.

You could always use a proxy or sniffer to look at the requests.

But really, this should be quick to deal with by looking at the HTML/JSP
source; just look at every external resource.
