All you need is the base Eclipse 3.2 and then MyEclipse on top of that - Standard with MyEclipse is support for Struts 1.0 /1.1/ 1.2, etc... Also included is support for JSF, Hibernate, Proper JSP editor, Database Explorer.... It wil cost you a license fee of +- $30.00 but it is money well worth spend.
