Hi,
I'm trying to change the hard-wired references to the struts-taglibs
in the jsps to the maped taglibs:
in the jsp:
<%@ page language="java" contentType="text/html;charset=iso-8859-15"
session="true"
%><%@ taglib uri="/tags/struts-bean.tld" prefix="bean"
%><%@ taglib uri="/tags/struts-logic.tld" prefix="logic"
%>
in the web.xml:
<jsp-config>
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>/tags/struts-logic</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-logic.tld</taglib-location>
</taglib>
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>/tags/struts-bean</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-bean.tld</taglib-location>
</taglib>
</jsp-config>
tomcat fails to recognize them with both <jsp-config> tag and without it.
my web.xml is 2.3:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<!DOCTYPE web-app
PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application 2.3//EN"
"http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2.3.dtd";>
I'm probably doing something terribly wrong, but I can't find out what,
can someone point me into the right direction?
