hi, Looking at the js, I agree that this won't work, but that's only client side. Server side validation should work, because that makes use of SimpleDateFormat. So unless your pattern is being cut off somewhere I would expect that to do the trick. For client side you probably will have to write the js code to check for minutes and seconds.
