The answer to your query is 
Yes you can develop Struts web applications with Websphere 6.1..(so the 
justification for contact can be made if you are developing Struts Apps)
I would encourage you to look at this high level tutorial from IBM to get a 
high-level view for Websphere

Firstly, it looks like you are a beginner with websphere app server and
you have plenty of questions to ask.

Secondly, isn't this a struts framework that you need to be reminded.

Such questions should be posted to a websphere specific forum.

Check the help/documentation or google it.

I installed the websphereV6.1  trial version. But I not done any wizard
configuration. 

 

Now I can do start and stop the server and connecting to Console also.

 

After that I struggling on the following issue. Can any body to help me

 

) How to access the built in 'Samples' application. ; i.e. need of URL. 

 

2) What is the configuration need to be done in IBM console?

 

3) How to do the configuration for our own application/project with this
wepsphere. What are the steps need to be followed.

 

4) Where the EAR/WAR file could be delivering.

 

5) What are all the JAR files are need to be configuring for our own
application/project. Where the JARs will be available?

    In our own project LIB dir contain some list of JARs. Those are
configured against Weblogic.
