The new form-bean entry is as under
<form-bean name="rateFinderForm"
type="com.tavant.cd.ratefinder.viewlayer.form.RateFinderForm" />
the corresponding action class and form class are there, and are being
compiled into respective classes. Even the WAR includes the classes.
