There is small cavity regarding ajaxtags as a name : , http://ajaxtags.sourceforge.net/ is alive and well and its in beta 2 stage at the moment, good thing about it is that they use prototype, script.acu.los, which in my opinion is lot faster and better that overweight Dojo, But this http://struts.sourceforge.net/ajaxtags/index.html is what Frank referring to is indeed dead and turned into part of other bigger project.
