yes, looks like that. the error message says it all. struts2-spring-plugin is loaded in 2 places: acnsf/struts2-spring-plugin-2.0.6.jar and acnsf/acnsf_war_war/WEB-INF/lib/struts2-spring-plugin-2.0.6.jar It looks like the lib is added to the ear project as well as to the war project contained within the ear.
