Hi, Which version of Struts are you using?
If you are using Struts 1.x you can use HDIV for that. HDIV guarantees integrity and confidentiality of non editable data, including of course URL parameters. On the other hand, if you are using Struts2 we haven't still published a release for Struts2. We hoped to publish it for June.
