that's the same I have in my struts-config.xml. For checking I paste it
here:
<plug-in className="org.apache.struts.validator.ValidatorPlugIn">
<set-property property="pathnames"
value="/WEB-INF/validator-rules.xml,/WEB-INF/validation.xml" />
