According to the following page in the Struts 2 docs, package inheritance only includes interceptor, interceptor-stack, and action configurations.

I would like to know if <global-results>, <result-types>, and <global-exception-mappings> also get inherited when extending a package. My guess is that they do get inherited and the docs are just not up to date.
