Hi! I've noticed that when downloading struts2-portlet dependency, Maven looks for struts2-portlet-X.Y.Z.jar file and fails.
But in the repository there is a WAR archive (struts2-portlet-X.Y.Z.war) instead. When I download the WAR archive by hand, place it in my local repository and change extension to.jar (~/.m2/repository/org/apache/struts/struts2-portlet/2.0.9/struts2-portlet-2.0.9.jar), it works fine.
