Hi,

This doesn't seem to be working. My main problem is that why is it not
throwing any exceptions if its not the right way to display it?

Any other way of fixing this issue???

I think it may need to be:

<s:set name="C" value="@com.company.Constants@" />

<s:property value="#C.staticconstant" />

But I haven't tried it myself.
