Hi, I has the same problem using Struts 2.0.12. In 2.0.14 there has been fixed a bug with accessing static content. Validation and dojo javascript files were somehow not generated. Upgrading to 2.0.14 has fixed the problem. I don't understand what do you mean by "other dependencies". Just add all required jar files.
