Can someone throw me a clue as to why <s:param name="chd" value="chd"/> is converting the String returned from getChd()
from this ===> t:60,40 to this ===> t%3A60%2C40 I have funked around with encode on the enclosing <s:url .../> and cannot get the literal data inserted into the URL! P.S.
