The funny thing is that the instructions are at the bottom of every single message. Did you attempt to follow these instructions? If so, did it not work the way you expected? I think you would find that most of the people on this list are willing to help, but using vulgarities, etc. is pretty much going to get you labelled as a troll and make it harder to get the help you need.
