It's mostly a matter of preference. I prefer Struts 2 over Spring Web Flow. There are many people who would choose Spring Web Flow thinking that it will provide better integration with Spring, but Struts 2's Spring support is top-notch, so it's easy to use Spring DI along with Struts 2's feature set.
