Hi, We are using struts- 2.1.8.1 GA release. I am trying to add tooltip attribute for <s:a/> tag. Its not working.
I tried adding <s:head/> still not working. I tried changing theme = 'xhtnl'. Still its not working. is this a bug. I am not using dojo plugin. I am using jquery plugin. Can anybody know whats the solution.
