Thanks Paul.

I finally got to the <html:options> tag and has added the getStreamNames() 
function o the Action Form. I am sure this should work and would try as soon as 
I'm done fixing the current issues with my code.

put this logic into getStreamNames() method located in your Action
that leads to your jsp.
