Using Struts 1, with glassfish. I want to force (or, I guess, suggest) to the browser to cache all js and image files for at least 1 hour. we're using jqry and some other .js files that repeatedly get sent to the browser for no reason, along with the static image files. Most of the page is dynamic, so I can't cache the whole page, just the static elements.
