Tomcat 7 changes include "Switch from AnnotationProcessor to InstanceManager."
Struts 2.2.1.1 fails to work on Tomcat 7 due to java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.AnnotationProcessor. Is anything being done to address this?
