This is my Question, where is synapse.bat or the Wrapper or whatever setting
these ?
Java starts with defaults so it is up to the App to override; where is
synapse doing this ?

E.g. for Tomcat you set Tomcat startup.sh script like:
      export CATALINA_OPTS=-Xms16m -Xmx256m; 

What do you set in Synapse ?
