One option that is available is to use a blocking http/s transport like the
Servlet transport of axis2. Or depending on the requirement you could use a
callout mediator.
Like Ruwan said, you could use the Servlet listener, and the Commons
HttpSender pair. But I would not recommend this as this causes a thread
to block waiting for a remote service respond, possibly after many
seconds.. You could use the non-blocking transport to chain services if
thats what you are looking for - See [1]
