If both Synapse and the Axis2 Server has this issue, this is probably an issue of the Java Service Wrapper on Windows Vista. I will have a look, if I get the access to a vista box in next few days.
This seems to be definitely a Java Service Wrapper / Windows Vista issue..
Veysel, any chance of you being able to grab a Linux box or a Virtual Machine, which maybe easier than Ruwan finding a Vista box :-) ? Anyway.. this adds to my very frequent suggestion, to always run Synapse on Linux/Unix for production - it really runs much better in them, and can be tuned to be very efficient.
