I am using synapse mostly for CBR and its working fine in that aspect. However running into an issue of multiple requests being sent by synapse to the destination service.
CBR finds an endpoint and calls that service, however if that server is slow or something , synapse sends another request to the same endpoint and does that exactly after 40 seconds.
