A vote for releasing Synapse 2.1 is now on. But this particular fix won't
be included in that. Hopefully this fix will be available in Synapse 2.2.
But we need a release from Axis2 project before we can start on that.
Perhaps Andreas is in a better position to provide an ETA on that.
