Hi Nik,
the problem is your configuration because you are trying to download a
org.connid.bundles.soap-1.2.6.jar-1.2.6.jar, you have declared two
versions in your pom.
But, why do you want to download a bundle already downloaded? (Soap
bundle is downloaded by Syncope in test phases).

It is obviously not finding a repo to get the specified connector(s)
from the pom. How can I resolve this issue so it can find the
connector? Or
rather, do the connector bundles need to be added to ASF
(https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/)?
