what you're asking for is actually part of features planned for release
1.3.0 (see SYNCOPE-143 [1] and roadmap [2] for more details) which will
ijntroduce a proper GUI installer for Apache Syncope.
A while ago [3] we also tried to detail its features but AFAIK the
implementation work hasn't even started yet.
