Hi,
I've question about the use of derived attributes. Situation: We have a large
number of users in Syncope. They are created, updated and deleted in and from
Syncope through it's rest interface. These users are propagated to a number of
resources. One of which an LDAP server using the LDAP connector. We've just
introduced a bunch of new derived attributes using the syncope console. How can
we provision these derived attributes for the existing and new users to the
LDAP server? I've included them in the user mapping for this resource and ran
an update on a user to no avail.
kind regards,
J.
Hi Jordi, derived attributes have to be added explicitly: mappings are
not enough.
In case of synchronization, you can add virtual attributes by defining
and configuring a user/role template ad-hoc.
Best regards,
F.
