Ops sorry, I misinterpreted your words.
Do you refer to the refresh button in the upper right corner of
connector list page? If so, that button is meant to get the updated
connector bundles you might want to place under the configured ConnId
locations *after* Syncope core startup.

due to JPA caching, any manual modification to the underlying
database requires an application restart for getting the changes -
and it is naturally a strongly discouraged practice.
