Hi there,
I was wondering, is it possible to check (via API for example) if
there is an synchronisation running?
We only see if an synchronisation has ran on the "execution" tab when
we edit the synchronisation task, but we want to see if this is
actually is running. One possible way for us right now, is putting the
'org.apache.syncope.core.connid' into DEBUG and see if the
core-connid.log is showing some information. But this is not something
we can automate.
I searched the www for this, but can't find any.
We are using Syncope 1.1.5
Hope to hear from someone.
Hi Werner,
I have two news for you and, obviously, one is bad and the other one is
good (quiet good) :)
The bad news is that your analisys is right; actually there isn't a way
to understand if a task is running or not through Syncope API.
The quiet good news, instead, is that I started just few days ago the
analysis to develop this enhancement in Syncope. I noticed that there is
much work to do to achieve this goal so, you have to wait some months to
improve your environment with this feature.
Kind regards,
Werner
