as repeatedly said, such information is absolutely too little to
diagnose what is actually happening inside your instance.
Why don't you create a sample Syncope project somewhere (say GitHub),
publicly accessible, with the essential parts of your configuration
including the Groovy scripts used by the Scripted SQL connector used for
roles (that you don't even mention above, but that I remember from one
of multiple former threads)?
