To configure an external configuration directory, follow these steps:
1) Create your directories
$ mkdir /opt/syncope
$ mkdir /opt/syncope/bundles
$ mkdir /opt/syncope/log
$ mkdir /opt/syncope/conf
2) mvn clean package -Dconf.directory=/opt/syncope/conf
-Dbundles.directory=/opt/syncope/bundles -Dlog.directory=/opt/syncope/log
