Good day,

Before I will ask my question I will give you the scenario. The scenario is:

I have an external LDAP server(Gluu). My Syncope and my external LDAP server
are properly synced which enabled me to pull and push users from both sides
as well as I am able to delete and update the users in Syncope and it will
automatically reflect in my external LDAP server(eg. deleted user1 in
Syncope, user1 will be deleted in my external LDAP server as well).
The problem is that when I perform my first log in in my third party
application it seems that my external LDAP server(Gluu) automatically
creates subentries which made me unable to delete the said user using
Syncope.

I would like to ask is Syncope capable of deleting these subentries that are
automatically created when a user in my external LDAP performed their first
log in in my third party application. If capable, how to do it. I already
asked the support team that is responsible for my external LDAP server and
they said that "It's up to LDAP client to handle this, directory server will
simply refuse to remove any entry which has subentries". Hoping for your
kind response

Regards,
Philip
