Realm provisioning for the root realm (e.g. /) is not available by design.
Could you also explain the purpose of Administration Realm for connector.
Since 2.0. 5, Connectors require to specify a Realm, which is then used
to evaluate the entitlements owned by administrators when performing
management operations on Connectors and their External Resources.
