Hallo,

changes to resources and connectors while Syncope is running are immediately effective yes, no need of additional steps. Anyway, remember that if you are running in embedded mode [1] and you stop and restart Syncope your changes are lost because the Syncope database is in memory (H2); and if you need keep those changes you could take a look at [2].
