Hallo,
I have just tested a propagation for an LDAP resource (ApacheDS in the
specific case) whose mapping contains:
* *connObjectKeyItem*: uid -> cn
* *connObjectLink*: 'uid=' + uid + ',ou=people,o=isp'
and it worked in both CREATE and UPDATE with no errors!
What kind of edit are you executing on the user? E.g. you could post the
result of a successful CREATE and then the failed UPDATE by using
something like:
http://[YOUR_DOMAIN]/syncope/rest/tasks/PROPAGATION/[TASK_KEY]?details=true
in order to better understand the situation.
If Syncope tried to edit the RDN it means that the value of the "uid"
(Syncope) attribute has changed somehow during the edit or that slapd
detects a change for some reason.
Anyway, I suggest you to update the LDAP connector bundle to latest
version (in case you did not do that) since the fix has been done for
both GROUP and USER types.
Regards,
Matteo

Hi,
Thanks for your quick response.
Version 1.5.4 doesn't fix my problem because I don't use groups, I'm only
working with users, therefore I'm not renaming the group name. Besides, the
error code of that bug is 67 and my error is 68.
I followed the official documentation and references [1] [2] to configure my
connector and resource. Can you tell me what change to make so that my
configuration can be usual?
Thanks!
