tez-ui + maven 3.3 build and TEZ-2560

Hi,
Some of you had faced issues building tez-ui with maven 3.3. I have put a patch 
for this in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TEZ-2560
Can you try the fix and comment on if it works for you?
