Creating TaskLocationHints

While creating TaskLocationHints, using the static function

TaskLocationHint.createTaskLocationHint(Set<String> nodes, Set<string>
racks)

what should the Strings be ? IP address of the nodes ? Node labels ? Or
hostnames ?
