Compiling error of "invalid use of incomplete type timeval" when compile cpp lib in cygwin

Hi all Thrift users here,
    I'm new to Thrift and this mailing list. Any suggestion to my question
is very appreciated! Oh! and I tried the version from 0.7.0 to 0.9.0, and
same error happened regardless which version I compiled under. My system is
Windows 7 64 bit plus Cygwin 64bit. I'd also hit the same problem on
Windows 2008 + Cygwin 32 bit.
