Assigning MAX_MESSAGE_SIZE

Hello,

Is there a convenient way to dynamically assign a value to MAX_MESSAGE_SIZE 
without having to rebuild thrift? Like in a conf file with a property that 
could be read by multiple thrift components (C++, Java, Python 3)?
