There's nothing from the MP3 parser here, only the generic information, so
it looks like it never made it to the MP3 parser. As the content type is
right, detection looks to have happened, so much hunch is that the parsers
list isn't being loaded. Not sure if that's a packaging thing, or a .net
dll thing, but I'd suggest you try to debug DefaultParser and its loading
of the parsers list via the service registry
