You should make sure you upgrade Tika and all its dependencies in one go. You generally can't use a mixture of versions. I'd suggest you use Tika 1.0, and the POI release that comes with (3.8 beta 4 IIRC)
Though it worked but speed issues is there its taking too long to parse a document if i only process database records not documents then for 80000 rows it takes around 3 hours but It 80000 documents also parsed and indexed through tika then it takes around 100 hours.
Try running Tika against the files independent of SOLR. That will let you identify if the slowdown is Tika, or your SOLR setup
