Do you mean 1.11-snapshot? Latest is 1.10, and that hasn't hit the mirrors

Everything runs smoothly but the handler return almost zero data (save
for the title of the project and some small stuffs)...
From the Javadocs:
DWG (CAD Drawing) parser. This is a very basic parser, which just looks
for bits of the headers.
