Hello, I use the Tika server and with the `tika` API I can get the text but I would like to know if there's a way (also with a config file) to have only the text extracted from the image (OCR text) and/or the text from the document. To be more clear I would like to know if there's an option to specifically ask for a specific text extraction: either normal one or OCR text.
