the fulcrum-jetty library was successfully released
http://turbine.apache.org/fulcrum/fulcrum-jetty/
Integrating jetty seems a bit odd but in Turbine land but I needed to
add a servlet container to an existing non-web application in order to
+) add web service integration based on Apache CXF
+) add a web gui based on Apache Wicket
