This one is coming from activemq but if I remove activemq from the classpath 
then I get the same thing from ode.  The instructions for deploying as a webapp 
says " All the Tuscany jar's and dependencies must be included in the 
WEB-INF/lib folder" so its not clear to me what I can remove.  We are using 
hibernate for persistence so I'd like to remove OpenJPA altogether.  We're not 
currently using the BPEl extension but we may want to in the future.

Are you using Tuscany BPEL extension ? I think I recall seeing
something like this in the past coming from ODE.
