This one is coming from activemq but if I remove activemq from the classpath then I get the same thing from ode. The instructions for deploying as a webapp says " All the Tuscany jar's and dependencies must be included in the WEB-INF/lib folder" so its not clear to me what I can remove. We are using hibernate for persistence so I'd like to remove OpenJPA altogether. We're not currently using the BPEl extension but we may want to in the future.
