The fix for TUSCANY-2702 was checked into revision 745752 of the 1.x branch.
1) You can get the source for this branch from the repos at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/branches/sca-java-1.x
Instructions on how to build this are

2) You can also download a prebuilt 1.x branch at
http://tuscany.apache.org/tuscany-downloads-documentations.html.
(Make sure the status log shows that you have a good nightly build there.)
