Hi Luciano,
I still can't solve this converting Tuscany 1.x to 2.x issue. According to the
error message it looks like it can't resolve xml namespace but I'm using good
namespace in composite file as you can see from this message.

This is usually a namespace issue (OSOA from 1.x and OASIS from 2.x)
Please check the following document, which might help you converting
from 1.x to 2.x
