DomainContext.h cannot be find.

Hi. There is a DomainContext.h file in Snippet 3-8 of 'Service component 
architecture client and implementation model for c++ specifition version 1.1'. 
But I cannot find it in the TUSCANY_ROOT.  Thanks.
